Imran Karim, Vice-Chairman of Confidence Group, and Khalid Islam, Managing Director of Zodiac Power Chattogram Limited, along with other senior officials of the respective organizations, attended a signing ceremony on Sunday for issuing a Preference Shares worth of BDT 800 million to establish a 54.363 MW (net) Heavy Fuel Oil-fired based Power Plant at Potiya, Chattogram.
